Housing & Development Bank (HDB) has launched a cybersecurity awareness campaign during October to raise customers' awareness of online fraud risks and introduce them to key safe practices for protecting their personal and banking data, as fraud methods and the exploitation of digital channels keep evolving.
The campaign is part of the bank's drive to strengthen digital banking literacy by spreading awareness of ever-changing online fraud methods and giving customers the guidance they need to use digital banking services safely.
The campaign reflects Housing & Development Bank's commitment to embedding a culture of cybersecurity and strengthening customer trust in digital banking services, based on its belief that protecting financial transactions starts with awareness, and that the safe use of technology is a shared responsibility that helps reduce fraud risks and supports a safer digital banking experience.
