This page is for deleting your account in the Banky app and website, by the developer Sync EG. It's one account for both, so deleting it anywhere deletes it everywhere.
What gets deleted
Your Banky profile details: name, email, phone number and photo
Your whole financial profile, including its copies in the audit logs
Saved items, favorites, your activity history, notifications, likes and reports
Your comments: the text is removed and shows as a deleted comment
Reward points, badges and level
Push-notification tokens on your devices and their subscriptions
What we keep, and for how long
Your account record with your identity removed (created and last sign-in dates, deletion reason), and your wiki questions under “Deleted user”
Your wiki and poll votes stay in the totals, attached to the anonymised account record
Product applications: the bank, product and dates. Anything sent to a bank with your consent is governed by that bank's policy
Your sign-in sessions after they're revoked (device and browser type, a partly masked IP address)
Your sign-in record with our authentication provider (Google Firebase)
Security and audit logs (which may include your name, email, phone and photo) for up to 730 days, then deleted automatically
Raw usage data under a pseudonymous identifier for up to 60 days
Database backups for up to 30 days, then overwritten automatically
Messages you sent us, including the deletion request itself as a record that we carried it out
