Banky is an independent comparison and information platform; we are not a bank nor a financial institution licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt, and we do not provide financial, investment or credit advice. Content is for general guidance only and is neither a recommendation nor a binding offer; granting or declining any product is solely the bank's decision under its credit policy.

4. Calculators and comparisons
Calculator results are estimates based on the figures you enter and the rate published at the time. They do not necessarily include every fee, tax or bank-specific condition. A result is not an offer and not a commitment by Banky or by any bank to pay any amount.
Products on comparison pages are ordered by the criterion you choose (such as highest yield or newest). That order does not mean a product is the right one for you, and a comparison may not include every product on the market.
5. Market rates
Displayed currency and gold rates are indicative, aggregated from banks and market sources, and are not binding transaction rates. For actual transactions consult the bank or a licensed exchange.
6. News and articles
News is published from bank announcements, official bodies and press sources, and information can change after publication. Opinion articles reflect their writers' views and not necessarily Banky's.
7. Offers
Card and product offers are shown as the bank or merchant announced them. The final terms, and any cap or end date, are set by the bank or merchant, and an offer may change or end without notice.

12. Governing law
Banky is a media comparison platform operating under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from its use. Listed banks are supervised by the Central Bank of Egypt in conducting their business; Banky is not affiliated with it. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
