  • Leading the team to deliver data management technologies, insights and analytics across the bank's various sectors, while supporting and guiding direct reports and experienced team members.

  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with vendors, partners and service providers.

  • Ensuring accurate data insights and analytics are delivered, helping the bank provide financial services that meet customers' current and future needs.

  • Leading the design and build of a new Data Warehouse, Data Lake and Big Data Platform.

  • Developing and managing dashboards and advanced analytical reports to support monitoring and decision-making.

  • Implementing retail and corporate solutions that support process automation at the required frequencies, with advanced data-matching and reconciliation capabilities.

  • Supporting initiatives to build an integrated customer view (Customer 360), account statements, customer financial positions and cross-selling of banking services, using data warehousing, data federation and virtualisation technologies.
