The role targets young talent and mid-level professionals to work in operations processing and the management of credit-facility and securitization portfolios, supporting operational efficiency and applying the highest standards of quality and internal control.

Job title: Securitization and Banking Operations Officer (Securitization & Operations Specialist)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries from customers and relevant parties.

  • Take an active part in receiving and reviewing the new securitization portfolio.

  • Resolve all outstanding items quickly and efficiently.

  • Follow department guidelines and control and operating procedures while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

  • Complete all required documents and tasks, applying strong controls to limit potential risks.

  • Maintain high productivity and ensure all transactions are completed within the set turnaround times.

  • Comply with the Securitization Vault guidelines on record keeping for all commercial and financial instruments, including cheques, contracts and promissory notes.

  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

Qualifications and experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, accounting or equivalent.

  2. 2 to 6 years of experience in the banking sector (branch experience preferred).

  3. Very good command of Arabic and English.

  4. Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
