Industrial Development Bank (IDB) has announced a new job opening in its access management team (Access Team). The team is responsible for managing bank employees' requests for access to its various applications and systems, while ensuring adherence to approved policies, approval procedures and compliance requirements.

The bank said the role is aimed at fresh graduates and candidates with zero to two years of experience, who must have a set of required qualifications and skills.

First: Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on access requests received through the IT service management system (ITSM), ensuring they are carried out accurately and on time.

  • Review access requests and make sure all necessary approvals are obtained before execution.

  • Verify that requested access rights are consistent with the approved access matrix and the bank's policies.

  • Follow up on exceptional access requests that go beyond the approved matrix, ensuring the necessary approvals are obtained from the relevant functions, including Information Security (InfoSec) and Operational Risk Management (ORM).

  • Document and archive access requests, approvals, exceptions and execution steps to ensure audit and compliance requirements are met.

Second: Required qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

  • Zero to two years of work experience.

  • Very good command of English.
