I received an OTP and I didn't request a transaction... what should I do?

Do not enter or share the code.

Steps

1. Receiving an OTP for a transaction you did not initiate means there is an attempted login or transaction associated with your data.

2. Check the official app and contact your bank immediately if the attempt is unknown; receiving the code alone does not mean the transaction was completed.
