The OTP hasn't arrived... what should I do?

Make sure you have the phone number registered with your bank and that the network can receive SMS messages.

Steps

1. Wait a few minutes and try again.

2. If the problem persists, contact your bank.

3. If you are outside Egypt, check your roaming settings.

4. Do not request consecutive codes or use an old OTP.
