If you receive an OTP for a transaction you didn't initiate, do not enter the code anywhere or share it with anyone.

Steps

  1. This indicates an attempt to log in or perform a transaction using your credentials.

  2. Open the official app and review your account and cards.

  3. Contact your bank immediately if the transaction or attempt is unfamiliar, especially if it was preceded by a suspicious call or message.

  4. The OTP itself is confidential, and receiving it does not mean the transaction was completed.
