The 13th edition of PAFIX 2026 will be held with the support of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) from 7 to 10 November at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo. Banks, fintech companies and payments-industry leaders will take part to discuss the future of digital financial services and opportunities to develop them.
This edition poses a central question: how can digital financial services be scaled up at the national level while preserving financial stability, strengthening trust and safeguarding sovereignty? The question reflects the importance of striking a balance between accelerating innovation and maintaining a resilient financial system.
The exhibition brings together key players from the banking and technology sectors, providing a space for dialogue and exchanging views on the transformations under way in the financial sector and the role of cooperation among banks, fintech companies and payment service providers in supporting them.
Discussions will focus on the future of digital finance and how technological progress can be harnessed to widen access to financial services, while taking into account the security and trust requirements that underpin their sustained use and spread.
The event is being held under the slogan "AI in Action: Turning Intelligence into Tangible Impact", highlighting the shift from technology's theoretical potential to practical applications that support service development and boost the efficiency of the financial sector.
