Banky's view
Protecting banking data is one of the most important steps customers can take to avoid financial fraud, especially as fraudsters use phone calls and messages to try to obtain personal and banking information. KFH Egypt customers are advised not to rush to respond to any request to update or confirm their details, to verify the caller's identity, and to contact the bank through its official channels if they have doubts about any call or message, so as to keep their banking data confidential and protect their accounts and money from fraud attempts.
