Mahmoud Abbas, Head of Legal at Commercial International Bank – Egypt (CIB), received "The General Counsel of the Year" award at the annual ceremony of The Law magazine, held at Qubba Palace in Cairo to honor a select group of outstanding legal leaders in the Middle East.

Abbas said he was proud of the recognition, stressing that it reflects the competence and professional commitment of the legal team.
