As part of its commitment to spreading financial literacy and promoting financial inclusion across all segments of society, SAIB announced its participation in World Savings Day activities, held under the auspices of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) from October 15 to 31. The bank organized an awareness visit to the Family and Child Center in the village of Sobk El-Ahad, Ashmoun district, Menoufia Governorate, in coordination with the National Council for Women, aiming to raise financial awareness among women and introduce the bank's banking services and how to benefit from them.

The visit included an educational lecture for a group of women taking part in sewing training and practice workshops. It covered the concepts of financial inclusion and the importance of saving and financial planning, and introduced formal banking products and services and their role in helping individuals manage their finances and make use of the available banking solutions.

The initiative reflects the bank's commitment to spreading financial literacy across all segments of society and raising awareness of saving as a core practice for achieving financial stability and planning for the future, in line with Egypt Vision 2030, which aims to achieve sustainable development and enhance financial inclusion.

The visit also reflects the bank's interest in supporting women's economic empowerment by improving their knowledge of formal financial services and encouraging them to use those services according to their different needs. It also introduced the banking benefits available to customers during this period, including opening bank accounts through easy, simplified procedures and access to a range of banking services.
