Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Egypt has warned its customers against sharing their banking details with anyone. The bank stressed the importance of never disclosing a one-time password (OTP), PIN, security code (CVV) or passwords, and of safeguarding card and account details to avoid falling victim to online fraud.

The bank advises customers to be cautious whenever they receive any request for their banking details or account information, and to contact the bank on 19072 if they suspect any unusual request relating to their accounts or data. This helps strengthen the security of their banking transactions and protect their data.

KFH Egypt seeks to raise banking awareness among its customers by educating them on the importance of keeping their personal and banking data confidential and following the security procedures needed to protect their accounts and bank cards from fraud attempts, strengthening the security of banking transactions and preserving the confidentiality of information.
