Suez Canal Bank took part in the "Kitabi Hadiyati" (My Book, My Gift) initiative, sponsored by the Central Bank of Egypt, by placing Egyptian Clothing Bank collection boxes at a number of its main offices to encourage staff to donate books and school supplies for distribution to beneficiaries in the most underserved areas. Staff contributions to the initiative raised about 140 kg of donations.

Suez Canal Bank also organised a volunteer visit to the Egyptian Clothing Bank, including a tour to learn about its work in sustainability and community service. Staff helped sort the donations and prepare them for distribution, and then took part in distributing them to families most in need in the Old Cairo area.

The visit reflects Suez Canal Bank's commitment to fostering a culture of volunteering among its staff and widening their participation in community activities, strengthening their role in supporting the bank's community efforts to achieve a positive and lasting impact on society.
