Discounts range from 5% to 50% across 12 categories of medical services, including outpatient clinic and emergency consultations, outpatient and inpatient services, laboratory and radiology, intensive care, physiotherapy and ambulance services, as well as home care.

  • Discounts range from 5% to 50%, depending on the type of service.

  • The offer applies at 4 Alameda Healthcare Group hospitals in Greater Cairo.

  • The offer runs until December 31, 2026.

  • The discounts apply when paying with eligible bank cards.

  • 20% off all outpatient and inpatient services.

  • 20% off emergency services.

  • 15% off endoscopy services.

  • 10% off locally made medicines and 5% off imported medicines.

  • 35% off laboratory and radiology services for outpatients.

  • 10% off intensive care services.

  • 15% off physiotherapy.

  • 50% off ambulance services.

  • 20% off home visits from Tabibi.

  • 10% off home nursing services.

Services excluded from the discounts

The discounts do not cover a number of services and items, including:

  • Physicians' fees.

  • Inpatient consultations.

  • Package offers.

  • Medical stamp.

  • Medical supplies.

  • Medical equipment.

  • Linear accelerator services.

  • Blood bank.

  • Facilities.

  • PET scans and CT scans.

  • The 15% service charge.

Terms of the offer

  • The offer is limited to Signature banking clients.

  • A valid national ID card or valid passport must be presented, along with the eligible bank card, when receiving the service.

  • The client pays the cost of the services after the discounts specified in the offer are applied.

  • The bank card discount cannot be combined with any other insurance card to obtain a discount on the same service; the client must choose one benefit.

  • If a booked appointment is cancelled before the service is received, any refund, if applicable, is subject to the hospital's refund policy.
