Banky tracks the highest monthly-payout interest rates on savings accounts at banks operating in Egypt's banking sector ahead of the Central Bank of Egypt's meeting to decide the fate of deposit and lending rates. Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Egypt tops the list with its Fusion account, which offers a high expected return of up to 18.25%, paid monthly, with a minimum of EGP 5,000 to open the account; the return is calculated from EGP 100,000.

According to the survey, Arab African International Bank (AAIB) came second with its E-Golden Saving account, at up to 18% a year, paid monthly, with a minimum of EGP 500,000 to open the account and earn interest. It was followed by Bank NXT, Banque du Caire, Bank of Alexandria (alexbank) and Suez Canal Bank, with interest rates of up to 18% a year, paid monthly.
