Nasser Social Bank offers its Hadanti financing programme as part of its efforts to support business owners and improve services for children. The financing targets owners of existing nurseries as well as those wishing to open new nurseries for children under the age of four.
The programme finances the establishment, development and regularisation of nurseries, helping to raise the standard of services offered to children, support the sustainability of these projects, create new jobs and strengthen social services for families across the governorates.
Nasser Social Bank offers the financing at an annual rate of 5%, for amounts of up to EGP 1 million, with repayment periods of between one and 4 years and a grace period of up to 3 months from the date the financing is granted.
The bank requires the customer to be at least 21 and no older than 65 at the end of the financing term, and to provide the documents and complete the procedures required for the financing.
Required documents include copies of the national ID cards of the customer and the guarantor, proof of the customer's residence and of the nursery's premises, a copy of the educational qualification, the nursery licence or proof that the licensing process has begun, and a criminal record certificate addressed to the bank.
Requirements also include a recent commercial register extract, a copy of the tax card and a feasibility study for the project, as well as collateral suited to the nature of the project.
Depending on the applicable rules, the bank accepts various forms of collateral, including a personal guarantor, salary or pension assignment, or savings products pledged as security for the financing.
Hadanti forms part of the bank's support for projects linked to social services, contributing to better-quality childcare and encouraging the sustainable establishment and development of nurseries.
