I deposited cash into an ATM and the balance didn't appear... what should I do?

Keep the receipt or photograph the error message and note the time, location, and amount of the machine.

Steps

1. Contact your bank and file a complaint about the unrestricted cash deposit, obtaining a reference number.

2. Do not make a second deposit as a test before reporting the initial issue.
