What should I do if the bank does not respond within the allotted time?

If the bank does not respond to your complaint within 15 working days of receiving it—except in cases involving transactions with third parties, where the bank must inform you of the timeframe—prepare the complaint reference number and any responses or correspondence you have, and initiate the escalation process to the Central Bank of Egypt.

Do not start a new complaint from scratch; use the same reference number, as it proves that you have already completed the complaint stage with the bank.
