An account is considered dormant if no withdrawal or deposit movements (initiated by the customer) have taken place on it for a full year, for current and savings accounts.

To reactivate it, the customer must visit the bank branch in person, sign the account reactivation form, update his Know Your Customer (KYC) data, and carry out an immediate withdrawal or deposit transaction.
