Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) Egypt has been named in the "TAB Global" ranking of the world's 100 strongest Islamic banks for 2026.

ADIB – Egypt's inclusion at 27th place in the overall list marks a notable presence among the institutions covered by the TAB Global 2026 ranking, which highlights the leading banks in Islamic banking worldwide.

The list also included Islamic banks in Egypt such as Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt and Al Baraka Bank Egypt.

The "TAB Global" ranking of the world's 100 strongest Islamic banks for 2026 assesses the 100 largest Islamic banks worldwide based on the strength of their balance sheets.

The ranking uses a detailed, transparent scorecard that measures Islamic banks' performance across seven dimensions: sovereign risk, size, balance sheet growth, risk profile, profitability, asset quality and liquidity. These dimensions comprise 15 financial and sovereign factors.
