The US dollar showed notable fluctuation against the Egyptian pound in trading on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, compared with its levels at the start of the day, according to the latest data from a number of Egyptian banks.

At National Bank of Egypt (NBE), the dollar fell to EGP 56.07 for buying and EGP 56.17 for selling, after starting the day at EGP 56.22 for buying and EGP 56.32 for selling.

At Banque Misr, the dollar fell to EGP 56.07 for buying and EGP 56.17 for selling, compared with its morning rate of EGP 56.22 for buying and EGP 56.32 for selling.

At QNB Egypt, the dollar fell to EGP 56.05 for buying and EGP 56.15 for selling, compared with its levels at the start of the day.

At Commercial International Bank (CIB), the dollar fell to EGP 56.07 for buying and EGP 56.17 for selling, compared with its levels at the start of the day.
