Outlook

In the United Arab Emirates, the economy continues to grow, supported by strong domestic demand, ongoing population growth and robust credit expansion, despite continuing regional tensions. Activity in sectors such as tourism, trade and logistics remains moderate, while oil output is expected to rise only modestly in 2026 before growth accelerates in 2027. In Saudi Arabia, government spending continues to support non-oil economic activity, while higher oil prices partly offset the impact of disruptions to oil production. Oil output is expected to grow in 2027, supporting government revenue and strengthening the Kingdom's fiscal resilience. In Egypt, inflation continues its gradual decline and the exchange rate has remained relatively stable, leaving room for further monetary easing as inflationary pressures continue to recede. In Türkiye, disinflation continues to make progress, supported by tight monetary policy and ongoing limits on credit growth. India continues to post strong real economic growth, despite persistent inflationary pressures from higher food and energy prices.
