As part of its commitment to adding value for its customers and providing benefits and services that meet their everyday needs, Agricultural Bank of Egypt (ABE) has signed a strategic cooperation protocol with B.TECH. The agreement aims to offer a set of special benefits and services to the bank's customers across all segments, as well as special offers and discounts for customers holding its various bank cards. This will help them make more of the bank's banking services and give them greater opportunities to buy the electrical and electronic appliances they need at competitive prices.

The protocol was signed on behalf of ABE by Mira Youssef, Head of the Corporate Communications Group, and on behalf of B.TECH by Wael Anany, Head of the B.Partner sector, in the presence of Mohamed Swissi, Head of the bank's Retail Banking and Digital Services Group.

Under the protocol, the two sides agreed to work together to provide tailored services to the bank's customers according to the nature and needs of each segment, and to extend services and benefits to farmers and their families during the seasons across the governorates. This is in addition to the discounts and price cuts offered to the bank's customers when paying with its cards of all types, "credit and prepaid cards". Many more offers and services will be announced in the coming period.

The protocol is part of ABE's strategy to develop the services and benefits it offers its customers and to strengthen partnerships with major companies operating in the Egyptian market. This lets customers benefit from exclusive offers that meet their needs and match their aspirations, and supports the bank's drive to deliver a more integrated and comprehensive banking experience centered on customers' needs and aspirations.

The cooperation also reflects B.TECH's commitment to expanding the benefits it offers customers by strengthening its partnerships with banking institutions, particularly ABE with its wide reach across all governorates, and by providing offers and discounts that make it easier for customers to get the appliances and products they need while using bank card payment solutions.

Mira Youssef, Head of the Corporate Communications and Customer Experience Group at ABE, said the cooperation with B.TECH is part of the bank's strategy to develop banking services and benefits that meet customers' needs and add real value to their everyday transactions.

She explained that the bank continues to expand its partnerships with major companies and brands in the Egyptian market, giving all customers access to exclusive offers and competitive benefits and encouraging them to use the bank's services and companies in all their everyday transactions through more flexible and diverse solutions.

She stressed that the partnership reflects the bank's vision of elevating the customer experience by offering practical solutions that suit customers' needs and lifestyles. She noted ABE's commitment to building long-term relationships with its customers based on trust and lasting value, strengthening its role as a banking partner close to them and able to meet the needs of all segments of society throughout the country.

She concluded by affirming that the bank will keep developing its services and strengthening its partnerships with leading institutions and companies, based on its belief that developing banking services is not limited to providing products but also means maximizing their benefit and turning them into tangible advantages and experiences in customers' daily lives.

For his part, Wael Anany, Head of the "B.Partner" sector at B.TECH, said the cooperation with ABE is a strategic step in the company's drive to build effective institutional partnerships that help expand its business, deepen the integration of its services with the banking sector and create added value for customers by offering exclusive benefits and flexible payment solutions that support their purchasing power and keep pace with their changing needs.

He added: "At B.TECH, we believe strategic partnerships are a key pillar for developing our business and enhancing the value we offer our customers, by building an integrated ecosystem that combines a diverse range of products and services with easy access to them. Our cooperation with Agricultural Bank of Egypt reinforces this direction, drawing on the bank's wide reach and B.TECH's retail expertise, so we can offer more competitive benefits and build lasting relationships based on trust and tangible value that meets customers' real needs."
