SAIB is letting holders of a number of its Mastercard credit and debit cards join the Pay With Rewards program, which gives customers points for purchases made with eligible cards, with the option of redeeming the points against purchases under the program's terms.

The program lets customers use their accumulated points through the Mastercard Pay With Rewards app, helping them put their rewards toward purchases rather than leaving them unused.

Cards eligible for the program

  • Credit cards:

    • Titanium credit card.

    • Platinum credit card.

  • Debit cards:

    • Titanium debit card.

    • Platinum debit card.

    • World Elite debit card.

Enrollment in the rewards points program takes place after the first purchase is made with the card and its amount is debited.

Base reward points earning rate

The rate at which reward points are earned varies according to the type of SAIB card used for the purchase, as follows:

  • Titanium credit card: 0.60 points per EGP 1 of purchases.

  • Platinum credit card: 0.90 points per EGP 1 of purchases.

  • Titanium debit card: 0.37 points per EGP 1 of purchases.

  • Platinum debit card: 0.50 points per EGP 1 of purchases.

  • World Elite debit card: 0.75 points per EGP 1 of purchases

Bonus reward points for credit cardholders

  • The program offers bonus reward points to existing and new SAIB credit cardholders as a reward for using their cards.

  • The bonus rewards are granted only once per cardholder, when total purchases made with the card reach the thresholds set for each card type.

  • The required purchase thresholds must be reached within a maximum of 3 months from the card's issue date.

  • The bonus rewards are subject to the limits and conditions set for each credit card category.

How to register for Pay With Rewards

Customers can register for the program through the following steps:

  1. Download the Mastercard Pay With Rewards app from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Set a PIN for the app.

  3. Enter the 16-digit card number of an eligible debit, credit or prepaid card, along with your date of birth.

How to redeem reward points

Cardholders can redeem their available points through the Pay With Rewards app by following these steps:

  1. Open the Mastercard Pay With Rewards app on your mobile phone.

  2. Choose "Upcoming purchases" or "All purchases".

  3. Select the purchase you want to redeem points against.

  4. Tap "Redeem" to complete the process under the program's terms.

Minimum redemption: 10,000 points per transaction.
