QNB Egypt lets customers make use of their loyalty points by redeeming them for e-vouchers that can be used at a wide range of merchants. This gives customers more flexibility to use their points for everyday needs, whether buying groceries at the supermarket, servicing their car or shopping online, among many other uses.

How to redeem loyalty points

  1. Open the QNB mobile banking app or log in to internet banking.

  2. Go to the Life Rewards loyalty programme.

  3. Choose Redeem Points.

  4. Select E-Voucher.

  5. Choose your preferred merchant or brand from the list of available partners.

  6. Specify the number of points or the voucher value you want to redeem.

  7. Confirm the redemption, and the e-voucher details will be sent by SMS to the mobile number registered with the bank.

Important conditions for using e-vouchers

  • Voucher validity: the e-voucher is valid for 90 days from the date it is requested.

  • Proof at the merchant: when using the voucher at the merchant, the customer must show the e-voucher message together with their national ID card or a valid passport.
