QNB Egypt has warned customers against dealing with fake and unofficial pages on social media, stressing that they are not affiliated with the bank and have no authorization to contact customers or represent the bank.

The bank stressed that it never asks customers to disclose their username, password or any banking or personal information through unofficial pages, links, groups or messages.

QNB Egypt urges customers to keep their banking and personal data confidential and not share it with anyone, and to be cautious when dealing with any party claiming to contact them on the bank's behalf.
