How National Bank of Egypt (NBE) customers can sign up for "Al Ahly Phone Cash"

1. Via the website

Go to the self-service section and choose to sign up for the "Al Ahly Phone Cash" service.

What you need: a Mastercard, Visa or Meeza card (credit, debit, prepaid or payroll), your national ID number, and the mobile number registered with the bank.

Verification: the system will send a one-time password (OTP) to your mobile phone.

Enter the OTP and the mobile number you want to register, making sure no mobile wallets are already registered on the same number.

Confirm the request, and a link to download the app will be sent to you.

2. Via electronic branches

Go to the "eForms" self-service option and follow the instructions.

Enter the required details (national ID number and registered mobile number).

Verify with the OTP, then choose to sign up for the "Al Ahly Phone Cash" service and complete your details with a customer service representative.
