ATM dispensed less than the agreed amount... what should I do?

Record the time and location of the machine transaction and keep the receipt.

Steps

1. Contact your card issuer bank and explain that the amount dispensed was less than the amount charged.

2. State the requested and actual amounts and obtain the reference number; the bank will review the machine's records and reconcile the transaction.
