How do I delete a saved user from the application?

Go to the Beneficiaries list in your app or online banking, find the beneficiary, and select Delete/Remove if the service is available.

Steps

1. Some banks may require an OTP or additional confirmation, and some only allow deletion through a specific channel.

2. If you can't find the Delete button, don't randomly add a new copy of the same beneficiary; consult your bank's instructions or customer service.

3. After deleting the beneficiary, make sure they are removed from the list before making any new transfers.
