I forgot my online banking username... what should I do?

Don't guess your username too often, or the service will be suspended.

Steps

1. Use the username recovery option on the official website/app if available, or contact customer service.

2. The bank may verify your identity before recovery, but a bank employee will not need your password or OTP on your phone.
