I forgot my Mobile Banking password... what do I do?

Use the "Forgot Password" option in the official app instead of repeatedly trying to recover your password.

Steps

1. If self-recovery is unavailable, contact your bank.

2. Do not use any reset links you receive via SMS or WhatsApp, and never share your OTP or password with anyone.
