I clicked on a fake bank link... what should I do?

If you simply clicked the link without entering any information or downloading any files, close it and do not interact with it again.

Steps

1. Access your bank through the app or website you have saved.

2. If you entered your username, password, card details, or OTP, consider your information compromised: contact your bank immediately from its official number, change your passwords through a secure channel, and review your transactions.

3. If you downloaded an app or file from the link, delete it and scan your device before using banking services on it again.
