How can I tell if a bank letter is fake?

Look at the behavior, not the logo.

Steps

1. A suspicious message often contains undue haste or threats of account suspension, a strange link, a request for confidential information or an OTP, or a promise of a reward.

2. Even if the bank's name appears as the sender, that's not sufficient proof.

3. Open the bank's app or website yourself, or call the official number, and ask if the message is legitimate before taking any action.
