متردد بين شهادتين ومش عارف أقارن بينهم على أساس إيه.
A comparison between two certificates is fair only when both are computed at the same amount, the same term and the same payout frequency. If one pays monthly over three years and the other pays yearly over one year, the two figures are not of the same kind and comparing them misleads. Start by finding the terms and payouts each one offers, look for the cells they share, choose from those, and then compare the return at your amount. Also watch what the figure does not show: the rate type (fixed, variable and liable to change, or stepped and falling each year), the minimum and its multiples, since the amount actually placed may be less than your amount, and the break terms if you may need the money. If one of them is variable, today's figure is an estimate rather than a contractual number, and the gap between the two figures may change. Check each certificate's key-facts statement for the rate table by term and payout, the rate type, the minimum and the break-penalty table.
