Treat your chosen split as something to redo from the start. The split was built on a specific amount; once the amount changed, the parts no longer add up to your money, and any figures computed on it are no longer valid. Do not simply add the difference to one part: the part that grows may enter another tier or pass the minimum of another variant of the product, so its return changes, and you may also prefer to enlarge the reserve rather than the locked part. First decide where the difference goes, then ask for a new calculation for each part at its new amount. Note that choosing a split does not mean your money was placed anywhere; as long as you have not signed the product application at the bank, you can change your mind, because nothing has been carried out yet. Before signing, check in each product's key-facts statement the amount that will actually be locked, the term and the payout schedule.
