Does tawarruq mean that the bank gives me cash directly?

The process shouldn't simply be a cash transfer to the client and then labeled as tawarruq.

Steps

  1. Tawarruq involves buying and selling a commodity, and the client ultimately obtains liquidity from selling it.

  2. If the product offered to you is "Islamic cash financing," ask for an explanation of the actual steps involved instead of just relying on the marketing term.
