Commercial finance is subject to the bank's free interest rates and allows units to be financed at open prices with no income conditions. The initiatives (such as the 3% and 8% ones) are state-subsidised, target specific segments (low- and middle-income buyers), with very low fixed interest rates and longer repayment periods, but with strict conditions on the price and the area of the unit.
