I changed my mobile phone... how do I transfer the bank app?

Changing your mobile phone doesn't usually mean transferring your bank's app like a regular file.

Steps

1. Download the app from the official app store on your new device, then log in or reactivate the device, depending on your bank's requirements.

2. Some banks require an OTP, device binding re-registration, or additional confirmation, and the app might need to be removed from your old device first.

3. Before deleting your old phone, make sure the phone number registered with the bank is active and that you know your login details.

4. Do not transfer the app from an APK file or a link sent to you.
