Does the bank require a CVV or PIN on the phone?

Do not share your PIN or CVV with anyone who contacts you claiming to be from the bank.

The central bank lists your card number, expiry date, PIN, CVV, and OTP as confidential banking information that must be kept private.

If you have shared any of this information, contact your bank immediately and request card security instead of waiting for a charge.
