Banks offer savings programmes dedicated to women (such as the Sayedati or Heya account) in line with the state's plan for the economic empowerment of women.

These accounts offer preferential returns and very simplified documents to open (even for housewives), in addition to offering free non-financial benefits such as mini medical insurance policies or discounts at shopping centres.
