Working capital is short-term financing used to buy raw materials and goods and to pay salaries until sales are collected (such as an overdraft).

Capital expenditure (Capex) financing is medium- or long-term lending used to buy fixed assets (machinery, equipment, production lines, commercial vehicles, or building a factory).
