Is it possible to open a financial inclusion account without a minimum balance?

During financial inclusion events, CBE is allowing banks to open accounts with no opening fees and no minimum balance, in accordance with announced initiatives.

Outside of these events, please refer to the product terms and conditions; we do not extend the benefit of a temporary campaign to the entire year.
