How long is a debit card valid and how is it renewed?

The card is usually valid for 3 to 5 years (printed on the front of the card as month/year). Renewal is automatic in the final month, and the bank prints the new card and sends it to the branch or to your address, provided there is enough balance to deduct the renewal fees.
