NBE & Misr & QNB Al Ahli sign a contract with 2 billion pounds to finance "City Gate" Project
Consortium that includes the National Bank of Egypt as the financing agent, Banque Misr as the guarantee agent, in addition to QNB Alahli as the revenue account bank, succeeded in arranging loan with a total amount of EGP 2 billion for East Gate New Cairo Real Estate Investments Company, a subsidiary of Qatari Diar, In order to finance part of the investment cost of the first phase of the company's project "City Gate" in New Cairo with an approximate area of 2020 acres.
Commercial International Bank (CIB), Egypt’s leading private sector bank, and FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, announced that they signed a credit guarantee agreement, worth USD 50 mn, to cover loans granted to the Bank’s micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including underserved segments such as women, youth and migrant borrowers.
