QNB Al Ahli & VISA cooperated to issue cards from environmentally friendly materials

Coinciding with the Climate Summit and as a continuation of QNB ALAHLI's successful series of partnerships during COP 27, Mr. Mohamed Bedeir, QNB ALAHLI’s Chief Executive Officer, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Mrs. Malak El Baba General Manager of Visa – Egypt to issue the banking cards from environmentally friendly materials under the slogan of "Think Nature", getting QNB ALAHLI to be one of the leading banks in the Egyptian market to issue this card type.

Therefore, QNB ALAHLI’s Classic debit cards will be started with to ensure they reach the largest number of customers, as QNB ALAHLI has started making bins available to its customers at the bank’s main branches to dispose of and recycle their expired visa cards.

  The signing ceremony witnessed the presence of  Mr. Tarek Fayed, Assistant CEO & Chief Business Officer, Mr. Ihab Rafaat, Chief Operating Officer and Mrs. Nagham Kandil, Head of Retail Banking Division.

This signing confirms QNB ALAHLI's commitment to support the green economy, achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, and support Egypt's Vision for year 2030.
