CIB Celebrates the Graduation of the 3rd Cohort of the Credit Analysis Programme in Kenya
The Commercial International Bank (CIB) proudly celebrated the graduation of the third cohort of its Credit Analysis Programme, one of the bank’s flagship capacity-building initiatives in Kenya. The programme reflects CIB’s continued commitment to developing strong credit capabilities within the Kenyan financial sector.
Launched as part of CIB’s promise upon entering the Kenyan market in 2020, the programme aims to transfer the bank’s long-standing expertise in credit as a way of giving back to the industry. Since then, it has continued to deliver exceptional results by preparing a new generation of well-qualified banking professionals equipped with advanced analytical tools.
The intensive, fully sponsored programme is offered to fresh university graduates and early-career professionals from banks across the country, in partnership with the Kenya Bankers Association. It focuses on cashflow-based lending, a core competitive strength of CIB Kenya Limited, and provides participants with world-class credit analysis skills aligned with international best practices.
CIB expressed its pride in the graduates of the third cohort, emphasising that such initiatives represent a direct investment in the future of Kenya’s financial ecosystem and in the rising talent that will shape industry innovation and growth in the years ahead.
