Deutsche Bank Appoints Cassandra von Sprecher as Global Head of Agency Lending Sales for Securities
Deutsche Bank has announced the appointment of Cassandra von Sprecher as Global Head of Agency Lending Sales for Securities, in a move that reflects the bank’s continued expansion in agency lending and global liquidity management solutions.
Von Sprecher will assume her new role from London, where she will lead the global sales team overseeing three key areas:
- Securities Agency Lending
- Cash Investment Management
- Principal Trading and Operations Solutions
According to the bank’s statement, she will report directly to Zorawar Singh, Global Head of Agency Lending Services and Head of Corporate Banking in the Middle East.
Over a Decade of Professional Experience
Von Sprecher joins Deutsche Bank following more than ten years at State Street, where she held various roles across business development, trading, and product development in the United States and across the EMEA region.
In her most recent role, she served as Head of EMEA Sales for Financing Solutions and Client Relationship Management, where she was responsible for:
- Managing the securities agency lending business
- Overseeing prime brokerage services
- Repo financing activities
