Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Egypt announced the availability of a vacant position in its branches in Alexandria - Obour - October, which is (Business Banking Acquisition Officer/ Senior Officer- Liabilities Team), which works to acquire and expand the customer base in order to meet the specified performance indicators as well as build a strong commercial banking portfolio.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Achieve communicated KPIs by strictly following his key performance activities(KPAs), (outbound calls, sales visits, cross sell activities)
  • Report his KPAs on weekly basis to the business banking sales manager.
  • Personally and proactively build his area business banking portfolio of asset and liabilities.
  • Keeps updated and learns in-depth the more complicated products offered by the competition.
  • Grows the number of new account relationships via customer referrals, marketing leads and self-generated leads.
  • Proactively assesses financial needs of customers.
  • Responsible for achieving & delivering his/her targets in terms of acquisition, liabilities, asset and fee income for his/her Advising Zone.
  • Assisting the Business banking Area Manager in periodically evaluating performance levels as defined in the business plan.
  • Totally responsible for business banking acquisition for his advising zone.
  • Provide customer technical advices and solutions.
  • Quality & Services 
  • Ensure good customer acquisition in accordance to ADIB policies and processes.
  • Efficiently handle new to bank customer’s inquiries for all BB products and consumer products .
  • Ensure full and proper customer knowledge for all BB asset and liability products.
  • Regularly promote the usage of other delivery channels via day-to day contacts with the customers.
  • Ensure continuous flow of appointments at Advising Zone.
  • CBE, Compliance, Audit, Procedures
  • Responding to Compliance Dept. requirements in terms of obtaining proper approvals
  • Ensure implementation of all Bank policies / procedures / KYC compliance requirements are in place
  • Ensure following set procedures / policies as per designation letter.
  • Ensure full adherence to credit policies and required documentations.
  • And any other assigned tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • minimum 2 years of experience in sales activities.
